Prove You Were First — Before Someone Else Claims It
Record proof your file existed — independent and verifiable anytime

Any format • Any size • Your file never leaves your device
How It Works
Three steps. Verifiable proof.
-
Choose a file — any format
Your browser generates a unique fingerprint from the file. The file never leaves your device.
-
Only the fingerprint is sent
VerixID receives the cryptographic fingerprint, not the file content. We can't read your file because it's never sent to our server.
-
Get a Record ID for verification
The fingerprint and timestamp are recorded as proof. Share the Record ID so anyone can verify it independently.
Trust you can verify
Not a claim. This is how the system works.
Every point below can be tested independently.
Files are never stored
Your file is never uploaded or stored on our servers
Unique fingerprint
Every file is converted into a digital identity with guaranteed integrity
Active for 1 year*
Your digital proof is ready to verify anytime
Regulation-aligned
Built in line with Indonesia's ITE Law, PSTE Regulation & Personal Data Protection Law
Want to know how this proof is created and verified?
See how VerixID worksWhy VerixID
Because proof beats claims.
In the age of AI, file metadata is no longer enough. VerixID provides independent, cryptography-based proof of existence that can't be manipulated.
Time & Ownership
Shows who registered a file first and when it was first recorded on the ledger.
Data Integrity
Every file gets a unique integrity code. Even the smallest change is detected mathematically.
Open Verification
Records never store the file — only the fingerprint is recorded on the ledger. Anyone can verify it publicly, anytime, without access to our internal systems.
See VerixID's First Principle →
Every submission produces a unique Record ID you can share with clients or colleagues — they can verify it themselves, anytime, with no permission or account needed.
Proven, not claimed
We don't ask you to just take our word for it.
Like a notary that never sleeps — VerixID records every file's fingerprint with an immutable timestamp.
The system is tested through an independent black-box approach, not self-assessment — the results are consistent and reproducible by anyone.
See our Independent Verification Report or read our Legal Basis & Compliance (Indonesia's ITE Law, PSTE Regulation, PDP Law).
For Developers & AI Agents
Need Integration? REST API • MCP Server
Connect proof recording and verification directly to your systems, workflows, or AI agents — no need to open a dashboard every time.
REST API
Submit a hash, check record status, and pull verification data directly from your system. Great for backend integration, e-signature platforms, or document management systems.
curl https://api.verixid.com
MCP Server
Give your AI agent the ability to record and verify digital proof natively — compatible with Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor via the MCP protocol.

FAQ
Fair questions, straight answers.
- Correct. Hashing happens entirely in your browser. Only the fingerprint — a unique string of characters — is sent to our server, never the file content. You can verify this claim yourself through our independent security report.
- E-signature proves who signed a document. VerixID proves when a file was first registered and whether its content has changed since. The two serve different purposes and can be used together.
- No. Every record follows a write-once approach — there is no mechanism to modify or delete data once submitted. Records are automatically deleted after the 1-year retention period* ends.
- Records stay in the system for 1 year* from the submission date. During that period, public verification remains free. For formal legal purposes requiring complete documentation, our COA and on-demand forensic services are available.
- Yes. VerixID issues a digital COA for every registered file. The COA includes the fingerprint, timestamp, and a verification reference you can share with third parties. Learn more about what COA does →
- A VerixID COA is technical evidence referencing Articles 5 and 6 of Indonesia's ITE Law. Like most digital evidence, its use in court can be strengthened by a digital forensics expert's testimony. The final assessment rests with the judge based on the context of each case. Evidentiary rules vary by jurisdiction outside Indonesia.
- Yes. VerixID provides a REST API for direct integration into your systems, and an MCP Server compatible with Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor so AI agents can record and verify digital proof natively. See Trust API or MCP Server.
- No, but the two can complement each other. Copyright gives you a legal right over a work. VerixID gives you proof that the work existed as of a certain time — and hasn't changed since.
- A file's fingerprint can be independently recomputed using the open SHA-256 standard — no VerixID system required. Any COA already issued remains usable as a reference document. Technical details are in our whitepaper.
